Sáttasemjari með tveimur ströndum þjálfaður í Atlanta, GA, Boston og Cape Cod, MA og Tacoma, WA. Nú aðsetur í Queens, NY.
Síðan 2008 hefur fjölbreyttur sáttamiðill hennar haft yfir 12 ára milligöngu um mál fyrir dómstólum og einkarekstri.
Sérhæfir sig í sérstaklega miklum átökumiðlun, sérstaklega fólki með nálgunarbann, með yfir 95% samningshlutfall.
Kennir „40 klst. Basic Mediation ”bekkur í Drake University lagadeild.
Lék sem miðlunarleikhjálpari við Harvard og þjálfaði MIT framhaldsnema í samningaviðræðum og átakastjórnun.
